The 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye emerged as Dodge’s answer to an enthusiast world still craving the outrageous performance of the limited‑run Demon. When the 840‑horsepower Demon’s production ended after 2018, Dodge refused to let its engineering die. Instead, it transplanted the Demon’s supercharged 6.2‑liter HEMI V8, along with its supercharger, driveline, and transmission, into the Hellcat platform—creating the Redeye, a “Demonized” evolution of the already fearsome Hellcat.

Recalibrated for its new twin‑snorkel hood, the Redeye produced a staggering 797 horsepower and 707 lb‑ft. of torque, making it the most powerful production V8 on the market at its debut. Dodge claimed jaw‑dropping performance: 0–60 mph in 3.4 seconds, a 10.8‑second quarter‑mile, and a 203‑mph top speed, numbers that redefined what a modern muscle car could achieve.
