2009 Hummer H2

Description

The Hummer H2 emerged in 2002 as a civilian counterpart to the military-style H1, designed to offer rugged, off-road performance with enhanced comfort and drivability. Built by AM General under contract with General Motors, the H2 was based on a modified GMT820 platform and debuted as a full-size SUV for the 2003 model year.

The 2008 model marked a significant update: the older 6.0L V8 was replaced by a more powerful and efficient 6.2L V8, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. For the final model year, the 2009 H2 introduced several modern refinements, including E85 flex-fuel capability, a heated steering wheel, second-row captain’s chairs, and improved third-row storage.

This 2009 H2 is finished in black with matching trim and tinted lighting lenses. The interior features seating surfaces reupholstered in black leather with red diamond-stitched inserts, joined by a suede headliner and an aftermarket stereo linked to an Alpine touchscreen head-unit.
