OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
In the 1950s, motoring journalists sang the song of praise for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Giulia Coupes and Spiders. These beloved cars were replaced in 1966 with the introduction of the new Duetto, which gathered much fame as it evolved over its long production run ending in 1995. The early cars were fitted with a 1600 cc twin-cam engine that was a carryover from the Giulias that evolved with fuel injection and an eventual increase in displacement to 2.0 liters. The wonderful powertrain paired beautifully with the Pininfarina-designed spider bodywork and equally sporty suspension to create a truly iconic classic well before production ceased.
