I bought it in 2017 and later shipped it to New York, but it was never driven in snow, salt, or ice. During my move, I had it shipped back to California, where it is currently registered.

According to Eighties Cars and Classic Jalopy and referenced production figures, only 1,923 300CD Turbo models were imported to the United States for the 1984 model year. In total, approximately 8,000 were imported in the early 1980s.

This Mercedes-Benz has been well cared for. It was repainted in 2018, and I’ve added fewer than 10k miles since purchasing it in 2017.”
