Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Ford called it “America’s Truck.” The 1982 Ford F-150 marked a key moment in the seventh‑generation F‑Series, produced from 1980-1986. It introduced notable updates, including revised trim levels and the debut of the Blue Oval badge centered on a redesigned grille. Part of Ford’s effort to improve fuel efficiency, the 1982 model offered streamlined styling and powertrain refinements while helping maintain the F-Series’ position as America’s best‑selling truck lineup.
This “Ford Tough” 1982 F-150 was purchased new at Harry K Ford Lincoln Mercury AMC Jeep in Winner, South Dakota. Options included the top-of-the-line 351-cubic-inch (5.8L) Windsor V8, three‑speed automatic transmission, air conditioning, and a heavy-duty rear step bumper. A Luverne Grill Guard and a Hop Cap Inc. topper were reportedly added at delivery, and the 8-foot bed was carpeted at that time. Other than a rebuilt short block, the truck is claimed to remain in mostly stock specification, including the Fawn over Dark Fawn paint and comfortable Standard interior with split bench seating.
This 1982 Ford F-150 Styleside pickup is now offered at no reserve with a clean CARFAX history report, a spare set of polished steel Bronco wheels, and a clean South Dakota title in the seller’s name.
