Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Introduced in the early 1970s, the Triumph Spitfire 1500 was the final and most refined evolution of Triumph’s beloved lightweight roadster. Building on the earlier models' nimble handling, classic British styling, and charismatic driving feel, the Spitfire 1500 delivered improved torque from its enlarged inline‑four engine along.
This '76 Triumph Spitfire 1500 has been with its current owner since 2018. Though not currently in operable condition, the car is said to have been running and driving under current ownership. It features a 1,500cc topped with dual SU HS4 carburetors said to have been designed for a European-market Spitfire, and it's equipped with a four-speed manual gearbox. Finished in Carmine red, the Spitfire 1500 has a black vinyl top and a black vinyl interior.
This 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500 non-running project is now offered at no reserve in North Carolina with a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
