Description
BMW's 2002 model was something of a legend in its own time by 1974, when the automaker updated the car with squared-off tailights, a modern composite grille, and new interior colors. Powered by a 2.0L M10 inline-four engine topped with a Weber carburetor, this four-speed manual example features driving-oriented modifications such as a Nardi woodgrain steering wheel, Recaro sports seats, 14-inch lightweight wheels, and aftermarket exhaust. The seller notes that this 2002 was refinished in its current Inka Orange hue under previous ownership, and recent work included servicing the brakes, rebuilding the alternator, and replacing the head gasket in 2024. This 1974 BMW 2002 4-speed is now offered with a repair manual, partial service records, and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.
