With a short 92-inch wheelbase and solid front and rear axles, the first-generation Ford Bronco remained a serious off-roader while growing increasingly appealing to mainstream buyers. By 1973, the Bronco had matured into a more refined machine. It was offered in three body styles — roadster, pickup, and Sport utility. Under the hood, buyers could choose from a 200 cubic-inch inline-six or the more powerful 302 V8 engines, giving it genuine hauling and trail-crawling ability.
The 1973 model year also brought updated styling cues and improved interior comfort, reflecting a broader industry shift toward making 4x4s more livable for everyday driving.
This 1973 Bronco is powered by a replacement 302ci V8 said to have been sourced from Jasper Engines, and paired with a floor-shifted 5-speed manual transmission as well as a 2-speed transfer case. The truck is finished in Grabber Blue with white trim over a custom white interior, and it rides on 18” Star wheels wrapped in Nitto Ridge Grappler all-terrain tires. Additional features include a custom rollbar, a black full soft top, and custom sound system with Rockford Fosgate marine amplification.
This 1973 Ford Bronco is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean Tennessee title.
