The vehicle's body was stretched by 3.8 inches and widened by nearly half an inch, crafting a broad, shark-like, and aggressive stance. This model year was particularly notable for introducing quad headlamps, positioned both inside and outside the front grille opening, enhancing its fierce appearance. The iconic corralled grille pony emblem was replaced with an off-center pony and tribars logo.
