Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

The Volkswagen Beetle, originally known as the "Volkswagen" or "people’s car," is a global icon, recognized by various nicknames around the world such as Käfer, Vocho, Coccinelle, Fusca, and Maggiolino. Following its entry into serial production after World War II, it achieved the status of the best-selling car based on a single platform, with 21.5 million units sold. This compact and practical vehicle exemplified innovation and design, characterized by its distinctive rounded shape, which was both aerodynamic and visually striking. Its rear-wheel drive and compact dimensions offered significant advantages over traditionally designed cars of its time, while the air-cooled engine provided low maintenance and ease of repair, solidifying the Beetle’s reputation for reliability and user-friendliness.
