Description

The popular Ford Mustang received its first significant redesign in 1967 as the car began to grow in size. Continuing with the familiar shape, the designed Mustang continued to be a sales success. The 1968 Mustang had sporting excitement built into every car with standard bucket seats and racy styling in three distinct bodies with a variety of engines, including a frisky six and a range of lively V8 options that could satisfy even the most discerning enthusiast. This fun and excitement continues today, with the 1968 sales brochure perfectly summarizing the car, saying, "Once you're behind the wheel of any Mustang, you'll find new fun, new excitement!"
