Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
In 1967, Ford’s LTD stood as a symbol of quiet luxury and full-size refinement, offering premium appointments and performance in a stately package. This particular LTD has been owned by the same family since new. Purchased new by the seller’s great-grandfather from Testerman Motor Company in Rogersville, Tennessee, it remains in highly original condition and has been passed down for three generations within the same family.
Finished in Vintage Burgundy Metallic over black vinyl with wood veneer trim, this LTD sedan features the optional black vinyl roof and a host of factory upgrades, including power steering, power brakes, tinted glass, and deluxe seat belts. Under the hood is Ford’s 390 cubic-inch Thunderbird V8 paired with a three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic transmission, delivering smooth and confident performance.
With just 36,748 original miles on the odometer, this LTD is a time capsule of late-’60s American luxury. This single-family-owned example represents an exceedingly rare opportunity to acquire a well-preserved piece of automotive history after nearly six decades of careful stewardship.

Ownership History
Built at Ford’s Louisville, Kentucky, assembly plant and sold new on 24 March 1967 by Testerman Motor Company in Rogersville, Tennessee. This LTD has remained in the same family since new, passed down from the original owner—the seller's great-grandfather—and lovingly preserved in Church Hill, Tennessee.
Low mileage and highly original, the seller notes, “As far as I know, the tires, spark plugs, and [spark plug] wires are the only things that’ve ever been replaced. My great grandfather’s car that he bought new back then, always garage kept.”
