Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

Designed to compete against the Ford Mustang, the Chevrolet Camaro became a muscle car icon. GM approved the pony car in 1964 and unveiled it in September 1966 for the '67 model year. With its stylish design, powerful performance, and customizable options, the Camaro was an instant hit.

Under the hood, the Camaro offered a range of engine options, from the economical inline-six to powerful V8s. The most notable engines included the 327 cubic inch V8, which produced up to 275 horsepower, and the 350 cubic inch V8, delivering 295 hp.

A notch above the standard Camaro was the Rally Sport (RS) appearance package, which included hidden headlights, revised taillights, RS badging, and exterior trim enhancements like a rally stripe across the hood. The interior of the Camaro RS featured bucket seats, a center console, and optional deluxe trim. Buyers could choose from a variety of additional options, such as air conditioning, power windows, and upgraded stereo.

This outstanding 1967 Camaro RS Sport Coupe spent more than three decades with its original California owners before its Pennsylvania buyer eventually commissioned a full three-year restoration that included several upgrades. The RS comes with full restoration documentation, as well as original documents, registration, and maintenance records from new.
