Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

1966 was Chevrolet’s year. In the endless pickup truck war between Ford and Chevy, the 1966 C10 won this battle with dominating sales. Along with great styling and modern Fleetside or fendered Stepside beds offered in two lengths, the C10 broke from convention with independent front suspension and coil spring rear suspension for a superior ride.

This 1966 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside had been upgraded with a 350 cu-in V8 crate engine featuring a four-barrel carburetor, billet pulley system, chrome dress-up parts, headers, and dual exhaust, backed by a Muncie four-speed transmission. The Pearl White body features shaved handles, filled-in turn-signal hood, tinted glass and fitted bumpers, while the long eight-foot bed has a polished oak long floor with stainless rub strips. Inside is a Teas Design bench seat, air conditioning by Vintage Air, Dakota Digital instruments, tilt steering column, Pioneer CD stereo, and power windows. It rides on Billet Specialties alloy wheels and Yokohama tires, backed by power steering and disc brakes. This C10 Fleetside is the class of ’66.
