In late 1963, the second-generation Ford Falcon debuted with a new design embodying Ford's "Total Performance" philosophy. This redesign brought a more mature and contemporary look to the Falcon, with chiseled features and a slanted grille, while retaining its efficient 109.5-inch wheelbase. Inside, the Futura trim elevated the Falcon experience with luxurious touches like full carpeting, upgraded upholstery, and an array of luxury options. Available in both sporty Hardtop and Convertible configurations, it offered a range of options to suit diverse tastes and needs. Under the hood, the Falcon lineup boasted five engine choices and four transmissions, catering to both economy-minded drivers and performance enthusiasts.
