Description
A rare blend of vintage charm and modern performance, this 1965 Dodge D100 Town Wagon restomod is a ground-up custom build that reimagines Dodge’s classic utility wagon with contemporary engineering. Riding on a 1999 Dodge Durango chassis, this Town Wagon retains its iconic silhouette while benefiting from refreshed modern suspension, drivetrain, and comfort upgrades.
Under the hood is a 392 HEMI V8 (6.4-liter) crate engine, delivering power through a RAM truck four-speed automatic transmission. The chassis retains modern rack and pinion power steering and upgraded four-wheel power disc brakes, ensuring confident handling and stopping power. Finished in Crystal Red Tintcoat—a rich metallic red derived from Cadillacs and Corvettes—the paintwork highlights the wagon’s bold lines and muscular stance.
Inside, the interior is trimmed in contrasting caramel and black leather with black accents throughout the entire cabin. A full suite of modern amenities includes Vintage Air air-conditioning system, a modern Alpine entertainment system, and power windows. This highly custom D100 is a striking restomod offering both classic aesthetics blended with modern underpinnings and technology.
