Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Introduced in the late ‘40s, Dodge’s Power Wagon quickly earned a reputation as one of the most capable and rugged factory-built 4x4 trucks available. Built with military-derived components and heavy-duty construction, the WM300 variant represented the most utilitarian and purpose-built version of the lineup, often deployed in demanding roles such as fire service, agriculture, and off-road utility. Its durability, distinctive styling, and go-anywhere capability have since made it a favorite among collectors and enthusiasts seeking a vintage truck with genuine off-road chops.
This 1964 Dodge WM300 Power Wagon was reportedly originally commissioned as a tanker truck for a New York fire department before later being converted into an off-road camper during its time in Texas. Refinished in ivory over a reupholstered black vinyl interior, the truck is now powered by an updated Hercules DT 3.7 Series II Diesel Engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The truck has also been modified with power-assisted steering and brakes.
Documentation includes photos from the refurbishment as well as camper schematics from its prior configuration.
This 1964 Dodge WM300 Power Wagon is now offered at no reserve with refurbishment photo documentation and a clean Ohio title in the seller’s name.
