Its 6.2-liter V8 engine, an improvement over the previous Silver Cloud II, upheld the Rolls-Royce ideal of gradual refinement, delivering reassuringly silent performance. This 1963 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III Saloon is believed to have been sold new through Jack Barclay Ltd. of London, England, as evidenced by the tag affixed to the firewall in the engine compartment. The documented history shows that the car was in Massachusetts, USA, from 2006 until 2023, when it entered The Boca Raton Collection.
