Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 1955 Chevrolet 3600 Series pickup represents the final year of Chevrolet’s “Advance Design” trucks, marking the end of one of the most iconic utility vehicles in American automotive history. Known for their robust chassis, distinctive styling, and dependable usability, the 3600 3/4‑ton models offered increased payload capability while sharing much of the classic design language of the beloved 3100 half‑ton pickups.
This 1955 Chevrolet 3600 1st Series has been upgraded with modern mechanical components to improve reliability, drivability, and overall performance while retaining its vintage character. Power comes from a 350 cubic-inch Chevrolet small-block V8 paired to a three-speed automatic transmission, driving through a replaced driveshaft to a rebuilt GM 10.5-inch rear end. The truck benefits from an upgraded wiring harness and Omega Kustom Instrument gauges, all reportedly professionally installed within the last year.
Finished in primer and equipped with updated LED headlights, this modified 3600 presents a blend of classic styling and upgraded performance. The odometer shows approximately 1,600 miles; however, the original unit was nonfunctional at the time of purchase and was replaced during the mechanical overhaul, making true mileage unknown.
This modified 1955 Chevrolet 3600 is now offered at no reserve with spare parts, two keys, and a clean Nevada title in the seller’s name.
