The 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca is one of the most focused and celebrated performance Mustangs produced. Reviving the legendary Boss 302 nameplate after a 41-year absence, Ford reintroduced the Laguna Seca in 2012 as a track-ready variant of the already formidable Boss 302.
Named after the iconic Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California, the Laguna Seca edition was the pinnacle of the Boss lineup. Ford's Special Vehicle Team engineered it with an aggressive suspension tune, a unique rear wing, and a distinctive black and red interior and exterior package. The Boss’ naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 rated at 444 horsepower channels power rearward through a close-ratio six-speed manual transmission. To sharpen handling further, Ford deleted the rear seats and replaced them with a strut tower brace, reducing weight and increasing chassis rigidity. Unique “CafeX” side exhaust cut-outs allowed race-day noise regulations to be met. “It's the best expression of a modern muscle car and, frankly, it's the best all-around sports car to wear a Mustang badge,” declared Automobile Magazine in 2011.
First delivered to Casa Ford-Lincoln of El Paso, Texas, this Boss 302 Laguna Seca has traveled less than 17,000 miles since new.
This 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca is now offered on consignment by the selling dealer with a clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report, Boss Package car cover, and a clean Illinois title.
