Description

The E85-generation Z4 replaced the Z3 for 2003 with sharper styling, a more sophisticated chassis, and a broader engine range. The 3.0i designation identifies the 3.0-liter M54 inline-six — the last of BMW's naturally-aspirated double-VANOS six-cylinder family before the N52 successor arrived — producing 225 horsepower with a character and soundtrack that the later turbocharged units traded for efficiency.
