LS3-Powered 2004 Chevrolet SSR

Description

Introduced for the 2003 model year, the Chevrolet SSR blended retro-inspired pickup styling with rear-wheel drive and V8 power. Early SSRs were more about style than outright performance, something we can't say about this LS3-swapped 2004 Chevy SSR.

Finished in Smoking Asphalt Black over an Ebony leather interior, this SSR is powered by a BluePrint Engines 427ci LS3-based stroker V8, rated when new at approximately 625 horsepower and 565 lb-ft of torque. According to the included service records, the engine was installed in late 2017, and additional modifications were fitted by Jessup Auto Plaza Chevrolet and Motech Performance in California.

Additional engine modifications include long-tube headers, a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust, a custom hard-lined fuel system, upgraded cooling components, and a 91-octane ECU tune. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a modified four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

This modified 2004 Chevrolet SSR shows under 26,000 miles and is now offered with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report, service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
