Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Developed under BMW's stewardship of the historic Land Rover brand, the L322-generation Range Rover was undoubtedly the most advanced vehicle to ever wear the Land Rover badge when it debuted for the 2003 model year. Unlike its body-on-frame predecessors with their solid front and rear axles, the L322 used sophisticated monocoque construction and relied on a fully independent suspension and tech-heavy drive mode system to considerably improve its on-road handling while retaining serious four-wheeling ability.
Refinished in British Racing Green approximately 10 years ago, this first-year L322 Range Rover has reportedly been used primarily at the seller's vacation home since their acquisition. Power comes from a BMW-derived naturally-aspirated 4.4-liter M62 V8 mated to a ZF five-speed automatic transmission, both of which are described by the seller as replacement units installed within the past several months. Modifications include replacing the factory air suspension with a Strutmasters coil spring system with a 2" lift, later-model Range Rover Supercharged 20" wheels with 33" Toyo Open Country A/T III tires, front bumper-mounted driving lights, an aftermarket backup camera, Pioneer touch-screen stereo head-unit with navigation, a trunk-mounted Pioneer subwoofer, and more as described below.
This L322 Range Rover HSE is now offered at no reserve with factory owner's manuals, a CARFAX Vehicle History Report, and a clean California title in the seller's name.
