The 1992 Mustang Summer Edition convertible was released midway through the 1992 production run, and approximately 787 of the reported 2,193 produced were optioned with a 5-speed manual transmission. All of the cars were finished in Vibrant Red (ES) over white leather with black piping, and they were powered by a 5.0L overhead-valve pushrod V8 with a factory rating of 225 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque. Additional Summer Edition features include a power-operated white convertible top, a unique trunk spoiler, and Opal Pearlescent white 16” wheels.

This special-edition Fox-body Mustang was sold new by Archway Ford in Baltimore, Maryland, and spent time in Pennsylvania before being relocated to Georgia, where it was acquired by the seller in July 2019. The car features a five-speed manual transmission and an optional Traction-Lok differential, while modifications include an SVE aluminum radiator, aftermarket exhaust components, aftermarket subframe connectors, an uprated alternator, an aftermarket alarm system, and an Alpine head unit with Bluetooth connectivity.
