Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

The 1988 Lincoln Town Car embodied late‑20th‑century American luxury. Riding on Ford’s proven Panther platform, it embraced classic virtues: rear‑wheel drive, body‑on‑frame construction, and a smooth fuel‑injected V8 that delivered effortless cruising rather than speed.

The Town Car featured a broad hood, formal roofline, and upright grille, while plush seating, generous legroom, and soft suspension that insulated passengers from the outside world. By 1988, it had fully established itself as Lincoln’s flagship sedan and represented a deliberate counterpoint to the growing wave of smaller, sportier luxury cars.

This ’88 Town Car is finished in Dark Blue Metallic paint with a blue vinyl roof and 15” lacy-spoke cast aluminum wheels. Inside, the car wears Dark Blue leather upholstery with dark blue carpet. Additional features include automatic climate control, cruise control, and power steering, brakes (disc front/drum rear), windows, door locks, and front bench seat.

This 1988 Lincoln Town Car is now offered with a clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.
