Description
Built in an era when vault-like bank quality signified ultra-luxury, the R107-generation Mercedes-Benz SL-Class convertibles are unlike anything we'll likely ever see again. The ultimate variant was the 560SL, powered by a fuel-injected 5.5‑liter M117 V8 paired with a four‑speed automatic transmission, which offered smoother performance and quicker acceleration than prior eight-cylinder engines.
Finished in Signal Red paired with a black manual convertible soft top and tan upholstery, this 560SL was first registered in New York State, and it's equipped with leather upholstery, power windows, and a Becker cassette head unit.
This 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL is now offered with owner’s manuals, a tool roll, a CARFAX Vehicle History Report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.
