Description

Jaguar’s flagship sedan for the latter half of the twentieth century, the first XJ6 graced the world stage in 1968 with the winning recipe of the E-Type’s legendary 4.2-liter straight six engine, an all-new four-wheel independent suspension system, and timeless good looks. As a sales success, Jaguar was keen on revisions and constant updates, which by 1979, brought them to the Series III XJ6. This third revision of the sedan was the most refined yet, boasting a handsome redesign courtesy of Carrozzeria Pininfarina. Today, the superb Series III XJ6 remains a desirable family-friendly collector car.

• The fuel injection system saw the fitment of a new fuel pressure regulator and mass air flow sensor, in addition to new injector hoses and seals
