Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Introduced as a more accessible entry point into the Porsche lineup, the 944 arrived with a purpose-built inline-four engine, a rear-mounted transaxle for near-perfect 50/50 weight distribution, and handling credentials sharp enough to embarrass far more expensive machinery.
Reportedly sold new in Santa Cruz, California, this Alpine White '84 944 coupe was acquired by the seller in 2014 and presents as a stock example having benefited from a recent timing belt and water pump replacement, rebuilt injectors, and a replacement transmission in 2016.
Standard 944 features include the 2.5L inline-four factory rated at 150 horsepower, a five-speed manual transaxle, power-assisted four-wheel ventilated disc brakes, and pop-up headlights. This example is equipped with a removable roof panel, power windows, and 15” Fuchs alloy wheels. A Momo steering wheel and Bluetooth-capable aftermarket radio have been installed.
This 1984 Porsche 944 is now offered at no reserve with owner’s manuals, an accident-free CARFAX Vehicle History Report, and a clean Minnesota title in the seller’s name.
