Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 1973-82 Chevrolet C10, part of the third generation of Chevrolet’s C/K line, marked a significant shift in pickup truck design, emphasizing aerodynamics, comfort, and versatility. Often referred to as the “Square Body” era, the C10 was a staple in Chevrolet’s lineup and widely appreciated for its durability and ease of customization.
By the final year of the third-gen era, the 1982 half-ton, two-wheel-drive C10 had evolved into a more refined vehicle. While the body retained its iconic boxy styling, under the skin it featured independent front suspension and a range of engine options, including inline-sixes and small-block V8s like the 305 and 350 cubic-inch variants. This year also saw the discontinuation of the Cheyenne trim, consolidating it into the Silverado, which became the top-tier trim level.
The '82 C10 was available in various configurations, including Fleetside and Stepside beds, and offered manual or automatic transmissions like the Turbo-Hydramatic 350. These trucks were built for utility but increasingly included comfort features such as air conditioning, power steering, and upgraded interiors.
This 1982 Chevrolet C10 Silverado is powered by a 350 cu-in V8 that has been bored out 0.030 inches. It has also been repainted black (from its original red) and wears U.S. Mags chrome wheels.
