Description

Since its series production began in 1953, the Triumph TR series underwent a continuous evolution to adapt to the changing demands of the automotive landscape, culminating in the conclusion of production in 1981. Among the notable models within this iconic lineup, the TR6, which rolled off the assembly line from 1968 to 1976, stands as a testament to Triumph's commitment to performance and refinement. Unlike its predecessors, which bore the styling imprint of Michelotti, the TR6 received a striking restyling courtesy of Karmann of Germany, marking a significant departure in design language. Enhanced handling dynamics were achieved through the adoption of aluminum semi-trailing arm independent rear suspension and rack and pinion steering, a legacy inherited from the TR250/TR5. Today, TR6 enthusiasts cherish these cars for their smooth power delivery and exceptional handling characteristics, making them the ideal companion for exhilarating drives through scenic countryside roads.
