The U-100 Ford Bronco captured the spirit of adventure that defined late-1960s America. Built on a compact, rugged platform first launched in 1966, the Bronco was engineered to challenge the dominance of Jeep and International Scout, blending toughness with everyday usability. By 1969, buyers could choose between the versatile wagon and the practical half-cab pickup, as the minimalist roadster faded from production. Under the hood, drivers could opt for the dependable inline-six or the increasingly popular 302ci V8. Its coil spring front suspension set it apart from Jeep and International Harvester, offering a smoother ride and highway stability.
As Ford proclaimed, “Bronco's built to go... through snow, mud or shifting sands, up ground that's too rough for anything but the toughest.”
This 1969 Bronco is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a floor-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The truck is finished in red over a black interior and top, and it rides on 15” steel wheels wrapped in Goodyear Wrangler mud-terrain tires.
Additional features include Bronco Sport badges, chrome bumpers, a roll bar, and a black soft top with tinted plastic windows. Inside, there's the Sport model’s bucket seats, optional rear bench seat, an upgraded steering wheel, and in-dash Kenwood AM/FM/CD head unit paired with aftermarket speakers.
This 1969 Ford Bronco is now offered on dealer consignment with a clean Arizona title.
