Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
Plymouth’s Sport Fury sat at the top of the model’s range in 1965, a pivotal year that marked the first full season for the all‑new C‑body platform. The ‘65 models featured crisper, slab‑sided styling, a longer and wider stance, and a more refined interior layout that emphasized comfort. The Sport specification added upscale trim, distinctive badging, and a premium interior, positioning it as a performance‑minded and luxurious coupe.
This 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury two-door hardtop was originally delivered to Diehl Motors in Waynesboro, Virginia, in April 1965. Finished in white over red vinyl upholstery, it is reportedly powered by a replacement carbureted 383ci V8 paired with a rebuilt TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission. Modifications include dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, auxiliary under-dash gauges, and a period-inspired upgraded radio.
This 1965 Plymouth Sport Fury is now offered at no reserve with four original hubcaps, the original vehicle purchase invoice, and a clean Virginia title in the seller’s name.
