Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 1965 Chevrolet C10 was a classic example of Chevrolet’s stylish trucks. Built on the second-generation C/K platform introduced in 1960, the ’65 C10 featured a high-strength ladder-type steel frame wearing a refined coil-spring suspension, which improved ride quality over traditional leaf springs.
Under the hood, the C10 offered a range of inline-six and eight-cylinder engines, paired with manual or Powerglide automatic transmissions. Both fleetside and stepside designs were offered on 115- and 127-inch wheelbases, along with the buyer’s choice of 6.5- and 8-foot beds.
Inside the roomy cab, deep-cushion bench seats, a hooded instrument panel, and heavy insulation created a serene environment, with uplevel trim pieces and chrome-trimmed knobs available as options. All told, the C10’s unique blend of rugged performance and driver comfort helped solidify its reputation as a versatile workhorse — and now, as a collectible classic.
This 1965 C10 short bed’s classic looks and large rear window have been enhanced with a modern 6.0-liter V8, an automatic transmission, and a custom leather interior brimming with creature comforts. It is ready to hit car shows and cruise nights — are you?
