Description

Produced at the height of the American horsepower race, the 1964 Corvette Sting Ray convertible built on the C2 platform with refined styling and a broad menu of V8 options.

Finished from the factory in Tuxedo Black (900A), this ‘64 convertible now wears a repaint in red paired with a white vinyl convertible top and black vinyl interior upholstery. Standard features include 15” steel wheels with faux knock-off covers and vacuum-operated flip-up headlights, and this C2 convertible is equipped with power-assisted brakes, steering, and windows.

Power comes from a numbers-matching 327ci V8 fitted with a four-barrel carburetor paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the car is equipped with power-assisted steering and four-wheel drum brakes as well as a Posi-Traction rear differential. The seller reports that hydraulic lifters have been installed and that rear-end bushings were replaced in 2025.

This Corvette is said to have been acquired by its current owner in 1986.

This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette is now offered with shop manuals and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.
