Description
Introduced for 1961, the F-85 was General Motors’ compact offering from its Oldsmobile division, featuring innovative unitized construction and a lightweight aluminum V8. Positioned below the division’s full-size models, the F-85 combined economical dimensions with the performance and refinement expected from the marque, and its jet-age name was intended to evoke images of fighter aircraft.
The Deluxe trim package added features such as full carpeting, foam-cushioned seats, distinctive exterior moldings, a deluxe steering wheel, and additional interior appointments. Available as a convertible, the Cutlass Deluxe trip combined compact dimensions with a higher level of comfort and trim than the standard F-85.
This 1963 Oldsmobile F-85 Cutlass Deluxe Convertible is powered by a 215ci aluminum V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Finished in beige metallic over brown and saddle vinyl upholstery, the car is equipped with a brown convertible top, power-assisted steering and brakes, a center console, dash-mounted Bosch auxiliary gauges, an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor, and 15" slot mag wheels.
This 1963 Oldsmobile F-85 Cutlass Deluxe Convertible is now offered with a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
