As part of the second-generation “Triple Economy” lineup, these trucks were purpose-built for utility, with a redesigned chassis, improved suspension, and a shorter wheelbase for better maneuverability. The cab was widened for comfort, and the new model nomenclature—F-100 to F-350—set the standard still used today.
