Description
Since 1995, Factory Five Racing has built its reputation on producing high-quality kit car components that enable builders to create performance replicas without starting from scratch. The ‘33 Hot Rod kit draws on the proportions and character of the classic American hot rod — long hood, cycle fenders, open cockpit — while providing a modern tubular steel chassis engineered for current drivetrains and suspension components.
Finished in November 2023, this Factory Five ‘33 Hot Rod features a Rising Sun vinyl wrapped exterior, US Mags Rambler 18x8 and 20x9.5 wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot sport tires, and plenty of performance parts.
The build is centered on a Blueprint Engines 383ci stroker small-block producing approximately 440 horsepower, fed by a 750 CFM Holley carburetor and backed by a TREMEC 5-speed manual transmission with a McLeod clutch. A Moser 8.8 rear axle with 3.55 gears puts power to the ground, and stopping power comes from four-wheel disc brakes.
Visually, the chassis features many powder-coated parts, and the engine bay is exposed. The interior features low back bucket seats trimmed in black, and the carbon fiber-style dashboard displays white-faced Auto Meter gauges, showing approximately 200 miles of use since completion.
This Factory Five ‘33 Hot Rod Roadster is offered with a Specially Constructed North Carolina title in the seller's name listing it as a 1933 Ford Replica.
