Glenn’s five-decade career defined excellence in Porsche engine building, from Kremer Racing to RUF Automobile and Porsche Motorsport, where his precision and passion earned global respect. His meticulously maintained workshop reflects that legacy—filled with authentic engines, precision tools and equipment, reference materials and carefully preserved parts.

Highlights include a Miller Syncrowave 250 TIG & Stick Welder, Enerpac hydraulic press, Intercomp SW Deluxe scales, Burr King Model 760 belt grinder, and Miller Coolmate 4 water cooler, along with a custom stainless steel workbench, rolling floor bench, and four Tennsco industrial cabinets with workshop contents.

Purpose-built and workshop-used, this ensemble captures the authentic atmosphere of a working Porsche race shop.

Included 

• Miller Syncrowave 250 AC/DC TIG & Stick Welder complete with manual. A professional-grade Miller Syncrowave 250 constant-current AC/DC arc welding power source, widely regarded as one of the most dependable TIG welders of its era. Equipped for precision aluminum and steel welding, this unit was utilized within David Glenn’s Porsche workshop for high-quality fabrication and repair. Includes attached leads and connectors.

• Enerpac Hydraulic Shop Press. A professional-grade Enerpac hydraulic shop press, featuring a robust steel frame and hand-operated hydraulic system with pressure gauge. This heavy-duty press was used in David Glenn’s Porsche workshop for mechanical assembly, bearing and bushing service, and component restoration work. A proven staple of any professional machine or fabrication shop.

• Intercomp SW Deluxe Scales System. A professional Intercomp SW Deluxe Scalessetup including four aluminum load cells and the central control unit with built-in printer, housed in the original case. Designed for precision corner-weight and chassis balance measurement, this system was used in David Glenn’s Porsche workshop for race car setup and performance tuning. A highly capable and complete system ideal for track, shop, or collector use.

• Stainless Steel Custom Made Bench (11), Used

• Set of Four (4) Tennsco Industrial Cabinets with Workshop Contents. A matching set of four Tennsco heavy-duty steel storage cabinets, each containing assorted workshop supplies, small parts, and electrical components from David Glenn’s Porsche workshop. The cabinets include Wurth and Bosch hardware, wiring, clamps, relays, and various maintenance consumables. Offered as a complete set, representing the authentic organization and working environment of Glenn’s professional race and restoration facility.

• Miller Coolmate 4 Water Cooler. A Miller Coolmate 4 water cooling system designed for TIG and MIG welding applications. Paired with the Miller Syncrowave 250 in David Glenn’s Porsche workshop, this coolant unit provided thermal stability and torch protection during precision aluminum and steel fabrication. Offered as pictured,complete with hoses and power connections.

• Burr King Model 760 Belt Grinder. A Burr King Model 760 industrial belt grinder and finisher, equipped with a Baldor motor and mounted to a factory pedestal. A professional-grade unit designed for precise shaping, polishing, and finishing of metal components, as used in David Glenn’s Porsche workshop. Known for its reliability and accuracy, the Burr King 760 remains an industry-standard tool in high-end race and restoration shops.

• Rolling Floor Bench, Custom Made, Used

Taxes & Fees:

As a reminder, auction lots on Hagerty Marketplace carry a bidder’s premium that is 7% of the final sale price, $500 minimum. In addition, applicable Georgia sales tax (7%) will be collected on non-vehicle purchases after an auction, unless the buyer qualifies for an exemption. Buyers are responsible for all taxes, export/import duties, and compliance requirements. Valid resale or export documentation must be provided before payment to claim any exemptions.

Invoicing:

Please note that invoices will be sent by the seller’s agent to all buyers approximately Dec 12th-14th.

Shipping:

All items are FOB Hagerty Garage + Social, Savannah, Georgia, and must be removed within a reasonable time following payment. Shipping may be coordinated through Kevin Allen, American Moving & Storage (912.856.4644) at the buyer’s expense.
