Description
This one-owner 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI began life as a fully equipped Autobahn model with the factory Performance Package, 6-speed manual transmission, Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) and VAQ electronically controlled limited-slip differential. Ordered new by the seller and delivered with 2 miles on the odometer, it combines the top-tier comfort and technology of the MK7 GTI with the factory performance hardware that made this generation so highly regarded.
Under the seller’s ownership, this MK7 GTI was subsequently transformed to replicate a German-spec GTI Clubsport using genuine European-market components and carefully selected performance parts. The conversion includes an IS38 turbocharger, Clubsport-spec clutch and flywheel, VAQ calibration, APR intercooler, factory Clubsport exterior striping, 19-inch Clubsport OEM Brescia wheels, German-spec LED taillights with full OEM functionality, OEM power-folding mirrors with puddle lights, low-profile rear headrests, factory green tinted glass and an APR ECU calibration for 91-octane fuel. Output is now estimated at 382 horsepower and 375 lb-ft. of torque while reportedly retaining full street manners and drivability.
Showing just 29,000 miles, this “OEM+” Clubsport conversion presents a rare opportunity for an enthusiast seeking a thoroughly executed and uniquely configured MK7 GTI in the U.S. market. This 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTI is now offered in Colorado with a CARFAX history report, records of service and upgrades since new, its window sticker, factory manuals, and a clean Kansas title in the seller’s name.

Additional Information
From the seller, “I fell in love with the MK7 GTI when I first saw the German-market cars years before they reached the U.S. and this car was my chance to build the Clubsport that Volkswagen never officially made here. It has never been a daily driver, only a carefully preserved road-trip and long-term passion project, and I’ve maintained and upgraded it with that in mind.”
