Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
“This is your last chance to equip your force with a legendary Crown Victoria Police Interceptor.” The 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor represents the final chapter of a legendary law enforcement vehicle known for its unmatched durability. Built on Ford’s Panther platform, the CVPI featured a rugged body-on-frame construction that was ideal for the demanding conditions of police work. Its 4.6-liter SOHC V8 engine, paired with a heavy-duty four-speed automatic transmission, was engineered for long service life, often exceeding 200,000 miles in fleet use. Some Police Interceptors are still in service, while many others continued on in civilian life as taxis, with some travelling over 500,000 miles.
Durability was further enhanced by reinforced suspension components, high-capacity cooling systems, and stainless-steel dual exhaust. Interior features like anti-stab seatbacks, vinyl rear seating, and simplified electronics made it easy to maintain and retrofit. Ford produced 10,679 units of the 2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, which marked the final year of production. It left behind a legacy of durability and dependability that few modern patrol vehicles have matched.
This example is now offered at no reserve in Georgia with a clean title.
