Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 2004 Saab 9-3 Arc represented a pivotal moment for Saab as it transitioned from its quirky heritage to a more mainstream premium sport sedan and convertible. Built on General Motors’ Epsilon platform, the Arc trim was positioned as the mid-level luxury offering between the base Linear and performance-oriented Aero. It featured a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four producing 210 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, paired here with an automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive and a multi-link rear suspension delivered balanced handling, while Saab’s emphasis on safety included six airbags, stability control, and ABS.
The Arc sedan and convertible catered to drivers seeking Scandinavian design and comfort. Standard leather upholstery, power-adjustable seats with memory, and a well-insulated cabin underscored its premium feel. The convertible’s power top operated in about 20 seconds.
This Michigan-based three-owner 9-3 lives up to Saab’s philosophy: “Born from jets. The Saab 9-3 Convertible is a unique expression of Scandinavian design and aeronautical heritage, combining performance, safety, and open-air freedom in a way only Saab can.”
