Description
The 1972 Honda CB350 was a standout model in Honda’s popular CB series, known for its reliability, affordability, and performance. Introduced in the late 1960s, the CB350 quickly became one of the best-selling motorcycles of its time, and by 1972, it had reached peak refinement.
Powered by a 325cc air-cooled, four-stroke parallel-twin engine, the CB350 produced 34 horsepower and could reach speeds up to 100 mph. It featured a five-speed transmission, kick and electric starter, and a dual exhaust system. The bike’s lightweight frame and responsive handling made it ideal for both new riders and seasoned motorcyclists.
In 1972, Honda offered the CB350 in several vibrant color schemes and continued to improve its styling and mechanical reliability. It was praised for its smooth ride, low maintenance, and excellent fuel economy. The CB350 also played a key role in popularizing Japanese motorcycles in the U.S. and Europe, challenging the dominance of British and American brands.
This CB350 remains with its first owner and is finished in Candy Bacchus Olive with black graphics. The 325cc parallel-twin is fed by dual Keihin carburetors, and the bike features a two-up seat upholstered in black vinyl.
