Description
OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
The 1967 Ford Mustang Hardtop marked the first major redesign of Ford’s iconic pony car since its 1964 debut. Introduced on September 30, 1966, the refreshed Mustang featured a wider, more aggressive stance and a longer body to accommodate big-block engines, responding to new rivals like the Chevrolet Camaro. Buyers could choose from a range of engines, starting with a 200 cubic-inch inline-six and topping out with the new 390 cu-in V8. Styling updates included revised side scoops, a deeper grille, and optional deluxe interior trim.
Acquired by the current owner 30 years ago, this 1967 Mustang Hardtop is powered by a 289 cu-in V8 with four-barrel carburetor producing 225 horsepower, mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Originally painted Dark Moss Green, the car has been refinished in red and wears American Racing 50th Anniversary wheels with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The car isa said to retain its factory black vinyl upholstery.
This Mustang is now offered at no reserve on behalf of the current owner with a clean title.
