2000 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series
Please note that pictures of the undercarriage have been added to the Photo Gallery.
As one of the most instantly recognizable full-size luxury sedans, the third-generation Lincoln Town Car was uncovered at the 1997 New York International Auto Show with an all-new design that would symbolize a new generation of American luxury. Perhaps best described by Lincoln, “Its sense of style makes a powerful statement. The V8 engine confirms it… True luxury, redefined for today.” Of equal importance, a well-appointed interior with supple leathers and rich burl wood is paired with intelligent controls, thick carpeting, and triple-sealed doors for a cabin that articulates the definition of American luxury. Employed by many as luxury transportation which would experience high levels of wear from their constant use, examples such as this which were spared from service and remained in the care of private owners are seldom found and even more desirable.
