Description
The McLaren Artura introduced the brand’s first series-production twin‑turbo V6 hybrid powertrain and debuted the McLaren Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA). Although the name “Artura” was announced in 2020, production formally began in 2022, with the model entering the market for the 2023 model year.
Designed as McLaren’s next‑generation supercar, the Artura represents a clean-sheet redesign intended to usher the company into a new electrified era. It is only McLaren’s third hybrid vehicle, following the P1 and Speedtail, but its first to combine hybrid technology with a V6 engine—an all‑aluminum 120‑degree unit engineered for compact packaging and improved thermal efficiency. The hybrid system delivers 671 hp, enabling rapid performance while offering meaningful electric-only capability, a first for a mainstream McLaren supercar.
The Artura also introduces innovations such as McLaren’s first eight-speed dual‑clutch transmission with e‑reverse, a new multilink suspension, and an electronic rear differential—features intended to deliver sharper dynamics and greater everyday usability. Car and Driver reported, “Its silhouette is pure speed, like that of a falcon in a 200-mph dive. The Artura and the (Corvette) Z06 are in a dead heat to 70 mph, but then it's all McLaren…”
Showing just over 2,000 miles and finished in Ludus Blue, this 2023 McLaren Artura is offered by the selling dealer with a McLaren battery tender, a clean CARFAX vehicle history report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
