Description
The 2021 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury represents the fifth generation of America's most iconic full-size luxury SUV, arriving after a seven-year run of the fourth generation. Launched in early 2021, it was the most significant redesign in the nameplate's history, debuting on a new independent rear suspension platform that dramatically improved ride quality and interior space.
The Premium Luxury trim sits just below the flagship Platinum in the lineup, offering a compelling balance of refinement and value. It came standard with a 6.2-liter V8 producing 420 horsepower, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Perhaps the generation's most celebrated innovation was its Cadillac OLED Display includes 7.2" diagonal Control Panel, 14.2" diagonal Cluster Display and 16.9" diagonal Infotainment Screen. An augmented reality system displays a live camera view of the road ahead on the 14.2‑inch diagonal instrument cluster. When a navigation route is active, turn‑by‑turn directions and guidance graphics are seamlessly overlaid onto the live image for enhanced clarity.
Delivered new to Castle Chevrolet GMC Cadillac, McHenry, Illinois, this all-wheel-drive '21 Escalade features the Premium Luxury trim level as well as the Performance and Driver Assist Tech packages. Those factory-optional packages included such luxuries as adaptive cruise control, Magnetic Ride Control, Air Ride, and an electronic limited-slip differential. Additionally, this well-equipped Escalade has 22" wheels, a rear-seat entertainment system. and power-retractable running boards.
