The 2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak was a factory-built, race-ready drag car developed by Mopar, Dodge’s performance parts division. By the time the third-generation Drag Pak was introduced in 2015 the NHRA Factory Stock Showdown class gaining more popularity as “a way to showcase the Chevrolet COPO Camaro, Dodge Challenger Drag Pak, and the Ford Mustang Cobra Jet, which can be purchased right from the assembly line.” The 2015 model was available with two GEN III HEMI V8 engine options, including a supercharged 354 based on Hellcat technology for Factory Stock Showdown along with a new three-speed automatic transmission. The cars included a full roll cage, racing seats, and a data acquisition system, along with lightweight wheels and drag slicks. Said Dale Aldo, Mopar Motorsports Marketing Manager. “In the first runs the new Drag Pak ran consistently in the eights (eight-second range) while improving times at the 60-foot mark.”

Only 60 2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak cars were produced, including 35 with the supercharged engine as seen here — making this example offered from the Burnyzz January Collection one of the rarest modern Mopar drag cars, and this one has never been raced, with plastic still on the roll bars.

This Drag Pak is now offered by the selling dealer on a Bill of Sale with computer adapter cables, a contingency decal, and factory instructions.
