OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE
BMW introduced the E28-generation 5 Series in the US for the 1982 model year, and the 535i joined the lineup for 1985 as the range's top sedan before the arrival of the M5. Power came from the 3.4L M30 inline-six rated at 182 horsepower and 214 lb-ft. of torque, paired with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission, and four-wheel disc brakes with ABS were standard.
This 535i is finished in Arctic Blue Metallic over blue upholstery and is powered by its 3.4L M30 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Modifications include 17" BBS RC090 wheels, Bilstein shocks with H&R Sport springs, European-style headlights, an aftermarket muffler, and an electric cooling fan.
According to the seller, recent work includes a top-end overhaul as well as replacement of the timing chain transmission, clutch, and more described below.
This 1986 BMW 535i is now offered at no reserve with a clean CARFAX Vehicle History Report and a clean Georgia title in the seller's name.
