Description

OFFERED WITHOUT RESERVE

The 1979 Ford F‑350 marked the final year of Ford’s sixth‑generation F‑Series, introduced in 1973. Designed for heavy‑duty applications, the F‑350 features a reinforced ladder‑type frame with increased section modulus, allowing payloads exceeding one ton and supporting high‑capacity towing configurations. The 1979 model year also introduced a revised grille, improved wiring, and upgraded cabin ergonomics, often regarded as the pinnacle of the classic heavy‑duty Ford mechanical era.

This 1979 example is equipped with a carbureted 460ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. It's equipped with power-assisted front disc brakes, dual fuel tanks, a toolbox, a sliding rear window, and an air conditioning system. Finished in tan, this F-350 is now fitted with 15-inch wheels, a bench seat in brown vinyl, and a classic-look AM/FM radio with Bluetooth.

This 1979 Ford F-350 Ranger XLT is now offered at no reserve by the seller on behalf of its current owner with a clean California title in the current owner’s name.
