Description
Always striving to be the pinnacle of American automotive luxury, the Cadillac Coupe DeVille was filled to the brim with high-end features and appointments. Enjoying a powerful but smooth V8 from the comfort of a lavishly plush, quilted interior truly made every journey feel like an occasion, and every driver feel like a celebrity. 1969 saw the introduction of a Coupe DeVille with a more fluid design, thanks to new horizontally-mounted inboard headlights that kept one consistent sweeping body line around the entire hood, which had been stretched an additional 2.5 inches for the model year.
This 1969 Cadillac Coupe DeVille was sold new at Klett Cadillac in Detroit, Michigan, in February of 1969 to the current owner's father, and the car has remained in the family through the subsequent five-plus decades. Finished in gold over a brown and gold interior, the car retains a 472ci V8 engine, mated to a 3-speed TH-400 automatic transmission.
Optional extras detailed on the included factory sales invoice include a deluxe vinyl top, power six-way adjustable seats, an AM/FM radio, a tilt steering column, power door locks, and cruise control.
This 1969 Cadillac Coupe DeVille is now offered by the seller on behalf its current owner with factory accessories, a window sticker, manufacturer's literature, a Protect-O-Plate, and a clean Michigan title.
